Aussie Dream House is a bright and elegant apartment with a wonderful sea view on the Gulf of Gaeta, overlooking either the “Riviera di Ponente” and the “Riviera di Levante”.
The apartment is situated in a central area but far from the main street noises, just behind medieval area in a strategic location with direct access to shops and services like: bar, pizzeria, fruits and vegetables shops, butcher shop, tobaccos shop, newspaper kiosk, laundry, hair dresser, grocery and bazar.
The flat size is quite big and can comfortably host 5 guests. It is located on the second floor of an elegant building with lift and dedicated parking space in the residential building area. The apartment is composed by: two bright and spacious queen-size bedrooms, one single bed room, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath tub), laundry, kitchen and large living room with 55” TV. Guests can access a fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and dishwashing machine. The huge balcony surrounding the entire apartment, will give Guests the opportunity to experience meals whilst enjoying a nice sea view.. Likewise, Guests will have Free access to WI-FI connection, air conditioning and heating system. Aussie dream house is completely smoking free and pets are not allowed.
The nearest bus stop is just few steps away in Piazza Sant’Erasmo, the walking distance from the train station is about 10 minutes. The closest beach is Vindicio at just 800 m, Via Vitruvio main street is at about 400 m from the flat. Castellone medieval area is rich of Roman ancient history and monuments that deserve to be visited like: “Castellone Tower”, “Sant’Erasmo Church”, “Cisternone Romano” and “Romans Amphiteater”.
