Payment terms
Per la conferma della prenotazione potrebbe essere richiesto il pagamento di una caparra pari al 20% dell’importo totale. Il saldo verrà effettuato al check-in, in caso di bonifico almeno 24 ore prima dell’arrivo. Nei casi di tariffa non rimborsabile scontata, il viaggiatore è tenuto ad effettuare il pagamento anticipatamente e secondo le modalità indicate per concludere la prenotazione. Il pagamento non verrà rimborsato in caso di cancellazione del soggiorno.
For booking confirmation a security deposit equal to the 20% of the total amount could be requested. The final payment is due at the check-in, in case of bank transfer the payment is due 24 hours before the check-in day.
For non-refundable discounted rates, payment is due at the moment of the confirmation following the instructions agreed by the parties. In case of cancellation the payment will not be refunded.

Il check-in può essere effettuato dalle 14:00 alle 21:00. In caso di check-in anticipato contattare la struttura per la disponibilità. Si richiede di comunicare l’orario di check-in 24 ore prima dell’arrivo. Il check-out dovrà essere effettuato entro le 10:00. È prevista una tassa di soggiorno pari a 1,00 € a persona per notte fino a un massimo di 10 giorni consecutivi. Sono esclusi dalla tassa di soggiorno i bambini con una età inferiore a 16 anni. Non è possibile accogliere ospiti nell’appartamento.
Check-in time is between 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM; in case of early check-in contact us to check the availability. Guests are kindly requested to communicate the arrival time 24 hours before the check-in day. Check-out is within 10:00 AM. Tourist tax of €1.00 per person per night is due for maximum 10 consecutive days, except for children below 16 years old.
No guests are allowed in the apartments.
